Lobster Cutter
Start times vary from day to day but your Mornings will always be free as we are only open for evening service.
Duties Include:
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
 - Follow established safety procedures and quality standards
 - Cut lobster using a quality predetermined method in a timely manner
 - Food preparation, including the shelling of lobster for chowder
 - Ensure quality and size of lobster
 - Ensure food quality and presentation meets standards
 - Keep the work area, utensils, and equipment in a clean, sanitized state
 - Be thoroughly familiar with the causes of food poisoning and the methods of its prevention
 - Control waste and spoilage
 - Assist all team members whenever needed
 - Other responsibilities as required
 - Clean work station at end of shift
 
Qualifications
- Be a Team player
 - Eager to learn
 - Not afraid to ask questions
 - Ability to follow directions ( written and spoken)
 - Hard worker
 - Willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends
 - Available to work part time till end of the season – October
