Waitstaff
Duties include:
- Greet patrons and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Provide a consistently high standard of service
- Ensure a clean, safe working environment
- Complete set up and tear down of tables and chairs
- Work with team members and as an individual
- Follow established procedures and quality standards
- Anticipate and respond to guests’ needs
- Handle any guest problems or concerns
- Use of up selling or suggestive selling
Qualifications
- A naturally welcoming, engaging, and positive attitude is required.
- Experience in Food and Beverage service
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Organizational and Multi-tasking skills
- able to lift 20lbs
- able to work in an environment with stairs
- Preference will be given for those 19+ or those with experience in a similar setting
- Responsible Servers Certificate
- Willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends
- Bilingualism would be an asset
