Management Team

New Glasgow Lobster Suppers is currently owned by two of the original founding Junior Farmer couples, William & Thelma Nicholson and Sterling & Jean MacRae. Operated by the Nicholson and MacRae families, with 3 generations of  family members included on the Management Team.  The members of the Management Team are actively involved in their communities and the tourism industry in Prince Edward Island.

Erin MacRae-Forrest

Daughter of Heather MacRae and grand-daughter of original founders and current owners Sterling & Jean MacRae. Erin has grown up in and around the business, tagging along behind her mother and grandparents on their daily duties and eventually paving her own path starting on the dishwasher and then moving to the dining room. A Graduate of Holland College’s Tourism & Travel Program allowed her to continue her studies and receive her Bachelors of Applied Management in Tourism and Hospitality at The University of New Brunswick, Saint John Compass. While in Saint John, Erin met her future husband and fellow business partner Michael Forrest. After living off Island for 5 years, Erin and her family returned to the Island to help run the family business and follow her grandmother’s footsteps as the hostess and dining room manager of New Glasgow Lobster Suppers.

Erin and Mike reside in New Glasgow and are the parents to of two girls, Jorja Rae and Shelby Rose. Erin is currently the Vice-President and board member for the Hunter River Early Learning Centre and is the Secretary and board member for The New Glasgow Community Corporation. In her spare time she enjoys playing soccer, skating and spending time with her family and friends.
